Committed to a Science Based Target by 2023
To align with the goals of the Paris Agreement and contribute to limiting global warming, Mad Engine has committed to setting a Science Based Target with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) by 2031.
Planted a Tree For Every Tee Sold
Mad Engine launched a capsule with One Tree Planted that planted a tree for every tee sold.
From this program, 1200 native trees were donated to a local area in California, to assist with the reforestation process after recent fires.
Accepted into UNGC Mexico Network
Fortune Fashions joined the UN Global Compact Network Mexico, signifying its support for the Ten Principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption
Accepted in the United Nations Global Compact
Mad Engine is proud to announce its participation in the United Nations Global Compact, demonstrating its commitment to universal sustainability principles.
Plastic Film Recycling Program
A minimum of 65,000 pounds of plastic has been recycled company-wide with Trex recycling program.
Launched Take Back Program
Allowed customers to return apparel product to be recycled into new materials, such as insulation and sports equipment
The product will then be upcycled with Mad Engine’s recycling partners reducing the impact on the environment
Cardboard Recycling
Mad Engine recycled 282,372 pounds of cardboard it’s first year in 2021.
Joined the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, now known as Cascale

Eco Friendly Water-Based Inks
Uses minimal water and have non exposure certifications for producing no contaminated wastewaters
Inkjet printing creates zero water waste
A one-step print process that coats, prints, and finishes the fabric in-line
Enclosed printing system resulting in low ink waste
Any ink waste from the DTG cleaning process is picked up and transported by a hazardous waste disposal company
Current mailers are made of recycled plastic
Using recycled plastic helps reduce the flow of plastic into natural environments, where it harms wildlife and ecosystems.
