Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Why do I need to sign up to view the wholesale items?
A. This site has been designed to provide our wholesale customers with an up-to-date database of all the artwork designed for each license. However, to view our full gallery you must be registered as a wholesale account user.

Q. How do I place an order online?
A. Once you have an account, you can view our available designs under Wholesale Customers. Click on the button "ADD TO ORDER" located at the bottom left when you have found the design you wish to purchase. You will be directed automatically to your order form.

Q. Does anything ever go Out of Stock or get Discontinued?
A. Our website reflects the most current available styles….however we are not perfect and items do need to be replenished as needed. Click on the Closeout tab to view discontinued items.

Q. I can't find the item I'm looking for. How can I search for it?
A. There are two ways you can search through this gallery:
1. If you already know what shirt or license you want, you can type in a specific license or shirt name in the search tool.
2. If you want to browse through all the licenses, you can scroll through and choose the one you desire.

Q. What forms of payments are accepted at MadEngine.com?
A. We accept cashier’s checks, Money Orders, All Major Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discovercard) company checks, and further billing arrangements can be made by using our factor. All first time customers must pay by credit card or money order.

Q. How can I be sure that my order went through?
A. Once you send us your order, you will receive an email. This email includes the confirmation of your order along with your order number.

Q. Can I add or remove items from my order once it is submitted?
A. Once you have submitted your order, we begin processing your order right away. If you wish to add or remove items from your order, you must email us within 1-2 days. Once an order is being packed for shipment we are no longer able to modify your order.

Q. Can I ship to an address outside the United States?
A. At this time, MadEngine.com only ships to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Q. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A. Yes. Just specify the shipping addresses you want in the "Ordering Instructions" box in Checkout or please contact us.
Mad Engine does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Mad Engine does not ship via USPS.

Q. What method of shipment do you provide?
A. Our standard method of shipment is via UPS. You need to specify method of delivery (Ground, Next-Day, etc) when checking out.

Q. How can I receive Mad Engine updates or promotions?
A. When you register for an account, you have the option of staying up-to-date with Mad Engine. We will let you know of new products, special promotions and changes to the website.

Returns & Exchanges

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned for a different size, style, or refund within 30 days from the day you receive your package. You must email orders@madengine.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please return it and place a new order for the correct size. Your credit card will be refunded the original item value. Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are not refundable.

Initial shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is defective. You must include all packaging that came with the item before sending it back to us. If you return an item in bad condition or without tags, we will return the item to you at your expense.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Do not send packages to us COD. They will be refused. If you do not meet the requirements for a return, we will be unable to issue you a refund. Please allow at least 2 weeks time for your return to be processed.
